For most litters
We love to welcome baby puppies into our home. It is a magical time when a new litter of puppies is born. I sit with the mama often the entire night (they seem to like to start birthing right at bed time) and am ready to assist as needed during the birth. Our mamas trust me and want me to be with them often laying their heads in my lap. They are in our house right with our family. Our little kids peek in to see what is happening. Once the puppies eyes open at about two weeks old our kids hold them every day. They get used to the noises of a household like the vacuum, doorbell, kids running and screaming, and all the chaos of normal family life. Families who have bought our puppies in the past often comment on how well their puppy does with babies and children. So much happens in the first 8 weeks of your puppies life before they go to their new homes.
