Puppy Contract

 It is our priority that you receive a healthy, happy puppy that will bring PURE JOY into your life.  Your puppy will be up to date on vaccinations and dewormed multiple times.  Your puppy will have had a 5 week old shot for parvovirus prevention and DAPPv shot at 7 weeks (parainfluenza, adenovirus 1 &2, distemper, parvovirus).
